Who this is for

Three deployments
where Wi-Fi has to work.

Some networks can tolerate a flaky access point. Hospitality, healthcare, and high-density corporate environments can’t. These are the three deployment shapes where we land most often, and where Ruckus plus AIOps earn their cost.

Path 1

Hospitality — guest and back-of-house

Hotels live or die by their guest Wi-Fi reviews. Ruckus hospitality APs (the H-series) fit into existing wall plates for in-room coverage; outdoor APs cover pool decks, parking, and patios; indoor APs handle banquet, restaurant, and BOH. All under Ruckus One with AI-tuned channels and per-property captive portals that match brand standards.

  • Hospitality in-room H-series APs that fit hotel wall plates
  • Outdoor APs for pool, parking, and exterior coverage
  • Captive portals branded to property standards
Path 2

Senior living & healthcare campuses

Multi-building campuses where resident services, clinical workflows, telehealth, and staff mobility all run over the same wireless. Coverage continuity matters — a clinician can’t lose connection moving between buildings. AIOps tracks roaming, anomaly patterns, and capacity at the campus level so problems surface before residents or clinicians feel them.

  • Multi-building roaming, seamless across the campus
  • Telehealth-ready bandwidth with QoS for clinical traffic
  • Separate SSIDs for residents, guests, staff, and clinical
Path 3

Corporate & multi-tenant offices

Dense office environments where everyone is on a laptop or a video call or both. The wireless can’t be the bottleneck. Indoor Ruckus APs and switching for the floor plate, optional outdoor for entryways and exterior, AI-tuned for the way the building actually gets used &mdash- not the way the floor plan looked before move-in.

  • High-density indoor coverage for open-plan workspaces
  • Adapts as the office is used — not just at install
  • Optional outdoor coverage for plazas, entries, parking
From survey to AIOps

Four stops from RF design
to self-tuning network.

01

RF survey & predictive design

Walk the space, document obstructions, model the predicted coverage in a planning tool. We deliver a heatmap, AP placement plan, mount-type recommendations (indoor R-series, outdoor T-series, hospitality H-series), capacity sizing, and a Ruckus equipment quote. Designed against the way you’ll actually use the space, not a generic rule of thumb.

02

Ruckus deployment & commissioning

APs and Ruckus ICX switches procured, racked, mounted, and commissioned. Cable infrastructure handled by mylowvoltage.ai on new construction or your existing cabling vendor on retrofits. PoE budgets validated, VLANs cut, SSIDs configured, captive portals stood up. Site-acceptance test before sign-off.

03

Ruckus One onboarding & AIOps activation

Every AP and switch onboarded to the Ruckus One cloud. AIOps begins learning the RF environment, baselining what “normal” looks like for your property, and tuning channels and transmit power automatically. Customer dashboards configured for the metrics you actually care about — per-floor, per-property, per-SSID.

04

24×7 NOC + continuous optimization

Centuric’s NOC watches every property, every AP. AIOps handles the routine optimization automatically; the NOC handles the judgment calls and the things AI can’t fix on its own. Monthly reports show what changed and why. Quarterly RF audits validate that the network still matches how the space is being used.

How we deliver

Four pillars,
one Ruckus network.

The Ruckus stack gives us best-in-class RF, scalable switching, a cloud platform with real AI, and a hospitality-grade product line. We bring twenty-five years of network experience to designing it, deploying it, and running it for you.

01

Ruckus access points — indoor, outdoor, hospitality

The full Ruckus AP lineup: indoor R-series for offices and dense environments, outdoor T-series (IP67-rated) for exterior coverage, hospitality H-series that fit hotel room wall plates without rewiring. We size, place, and procure for the deployment — not catalog-shop and hope.

02

Ruckus switching & PoE

Ruckus ICX switches for the wired access layer and aggregation. PoE budgets sized for your AP density plus camera and access-control loads. Stacking, redundancy, and SDN-style management through Ruckus One so the wired and wireless live on one operational pane.

03

Ruckus One cloud + AIOps

The Ruckus One cloud platform with AIOps doing continuous radio-frequency tuning, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, and predictive maintenance. AI learns your environment; engineers don’t need to babysit channel plans or transmit-power tables. The AI handles the routine; you get the dashboards and the time back.

04

24×7 NOC & wireless security

Centuric’s NOC monitors every AP, every property, around the clock. Rogue AP and evil-twin detection, deauth-attack monitoring, MAC-spoofing alerts. AIOps surfaces what needs attention; humans make the call on what to do about it.

Service tracks

Three ways to engage
depending on what you need.

Wireless engagements come in three shapes. Sometimes you just need design and equipment. Sometimes you need it deployed and managed end-to-end. Sometimes you have a Ruckus deployment in place already and just want a competent team to manage it. We do all three.

Design + equipment
Scoped per deployment

RF design plus Ruckus equipment. You install (or via mylowvoltage.ai for new construction). No ongoing management.

  • RF site survey & predictive heatmap
  • AP placement plan with mount-type recs
  • Ruckus equipment quote (APs + switches)
  • Capacity sizing & PoE budget
  • Configuration template handed off
  • Drawings released for any installer

Ongoing management — three per-AP tiers

Applies to Turnkey + managed and Managed-only tracks. Priced per AP per month, billed monthly.

  • Essentials — $25/AP/month. Monitoring, alerting, configuration management, firmware updates. The foundation tier for non-critical environments.
  • Optimized — $50/AP/month. Everything in Essentials plus AIOps-driven RF optimization, 24×7 NOC with named escalation engineers, monthly performance review, and per-floor or per-property dashboards. Most engagements land here.
  • Hospitality / Critical — $90/AP/month. Everything in Optimized plus branded captive portals to brand-property standards, wireless threat hunting, hospitality-grade SLAs, quarterly RF audits and remediation, and priority NOC response.

Cable infrastructure for new construction is handled by our separate practice at mylowvoltage.ai. RFID asset tracking that runs over the same wireless lives at myrfid.ai. Managed IT, helpdesk, and EDR on the broader environment: mysupportdesk.ai. All separate engagements; designed to work together when you need them to.

Frequently asked

Questions we hear
before every deployment.

Why Ruckus, and not another wireless vendor?

Three reasons we standardized on Ruckus: their RF technology (BeamFlex+ adaptive antennas) genuinely works better in difficult environments like brick-walled hotels and concrete healthcare buildings; the Ruckus One cloud with AIOps is a real AI platform with real engineering behind it, not a marketing wrapper around basic monitoring; and their hospitality H-series APs are the cleanest in-room solution we’ve found for hotel deployments. Twenty-five years of deploying networks tells us which gear holds up.

What does the AIOps actually do?

Ruckus One AIOps continuously tunes radio-frequency channels and transmit power across your APs based on the real RF environment (which changes through the day as people, furniture, and other RF sources move around). It detects anomalies before they become outages, attributes root cause when problems do happen, and predicts which APs will need attention before they fail. It’s the kind of work that used to require a full-time RF engineer babysitting the network.

Indoor, outdoor, hospitality — which APs do you deploy?

All three Ruckus families. Indoor R-series (R350, R550, R650, R750, R760) for offices, hallways, exam rooms, banquet halls. Outdoor T-series (IP67-rated for weather) for pools, parking, courtyards, exterior coverage. Hospitality H-series (H320, H350, H510, H550) for hotel guest rooms — they fit standard wall plates and pull power and data through one drop.

What about the cabling and switches?

Ruckus ICX switching for the wired access and aggregation layer — one operational pane through Ruckus One. Cable infrastructure during new construction is handled by our separate buildout practice at mylowvoltage.ai; on retrofits we work with your existing cabling vendor. The two practices coordinate cleanly when you need both.

Can we keep our existing Ruckus deployment and just have you manage it?

Yes. The Managed-only track is built for that. We audit your existing deployment, onboard the APs and switches to Ruckus One under our management, activate AIOps, and bring the 24×7 NOC online. Recommendations follow on what to fix or replace based on what AIOps surfaces in the first 60-90 days.

What if I’m running a non-Ruckus deployment today?

If you want to switch, we’ll quote a Ruckus replacement and plan a phased cutover that keeps the existing wireless running until each zone is migrated. If you want to keep your current vendor, this isn’t the right service for you — mywifihub is intentionally focused on Ruckus because that’s where we have the deepest expertise and the strongest AI story.

How does this relate to your other practices?

Each Centuric practice is its own focused product, designed to work alongside the others without forcing a bundle. mylowvoltage.ai handles cable runs and other low-voltage infrastructure during construction. myrfid.ai layers RFID asset tracking on the same Ruckus wireless. mysupportdesk.ai handles managed IT and helpdesk for the broader environment. You can engage any one of them, or any combination.

How long does deployment take?

Small offices (10-25 APs) typically 2-4 weeks from PO to live. Mid-size (25-100 APs) 4-8 weeks. Hospitality property buildouts (100-300 APs) 6-12 weeks depending on phasing and brand-spec coordination. Existing-deployment adoption onto Ruckus One usually 1-2 weeks for the network plus 60-90 days of AIOps baselining.

Why Centuric

The Ruckus stack
plus humans who care.

The AI is real and the AI is good. It tunes the radio, finds the anomalies, attributes the root cause. But somebody still has to deploy the network correctly the first time, name the right SSID for the right user population, validate the captive portal works for a 70-year-old guest checking into your hotel, and make the judgment calls AI can’t make. That’s where twenty-five years of network experience pays off.
